Yes! We are confident and guarantee you or your kids are able to pick up swimming with our syllabus. It had been proven results throughout years of coaching.
Things to note, each swimmer has different challenges so the learning duration might be different for each individual. We don’t hold back our coaching, so you learn at your best capabilities. Work closely with your dedicated coach, you will pick up swimming in no time!
Yes, many of our students who had water phobia now already enjoy swimming.
We dedicated syllabus for phobia swimmers, which helps you overcome your Aquaphobia, and you will find yourself enjoying the pool.
It may differ for individuals, there may be physical or psychological issues that hinder your learning progress. However, our coaches will provide professional guidance to help you in every step of your progression, simply follow our program, you will find yourself enjoying swimming in no time.
On average, our students are commonly able to swim independently around 4-6 lessons.
For private lessons, our schedules are flexible and are only subject to the availability of our coaches. If you are using a public pool for your lessons, you are responsible for both your and the coach’s pool entry fees.
For group lessons, please refer to the lesson page to check on your schedule.
If the weather forecast predicts rain/bad weather on your side, you can inform our coach 1 hour earlier or before they travel to request for the class to be postponed. Your session will automatically be moved to the following week and the session duration will be extended a week.
In the case of rain during the session or when the coach arrives, the current class will be considered as an attended lesson but will be able to do replaced by time. Replacement by time will replace the remaining duration of the lessons will be credited into your next new lessons (apply only if you have a continuous or new lesson with us, if not there will be no replacement)
For private lessons only, you are able to make shifts to your scheduled lessons 3 hours before the coach travels to the coaching site. The only requirement is to complete all sessions within the time duration given. Lessons that pass this period will become replacement lessons (private lessons) or considered forfeit (group lessons). There will be no full/partial refund.
The possibility of a replacement class due to postponement will be subject to the instructor’s availability. Classes may proceed under the condition of drizzling rain.
However, there will not be any additional replacement classes for the absentee swimmers in shared classes.
For group lessons, the replacement will follow the term mentioned in our T&C.
Yes, for baby and toddler lessons parents are required to join their babies for swimming lessons. Our instructor will guide you on how to teach your babies to swim. This allows the baby and parents to have fun together. Your babies will also have a sense of security.
Yes, only if your kid is 6 years old and above. Kids below 6 year old are recommended to have different classes with adults which have different syllabus for them.
Every child has a different pace of learning and therefore it is very difficult to say how long they will take to learn. There may be some that start out slow, but later progress really quickly at later intervals.
As a simple guide, we expect them to start picking up about 4-6 months after they become comfortable with the water.
Proper swim wear, goggles, and cap (recommend if swimmers have long hair).
Other equipment the academy will prepare or advise you to buy if needed.
