What You Will Learn?
Explorers
You like to explore swimming and learn to swim independently with assistance. Here you will build a foundation for basic strokes, skills, and deep water confidence.
• Basic Skills, breathing control, floating, and maneuver skills.
• Swim Independently, without using any assistance or float for 20-25 meters.
• Stroke Basics, Freestyle or Breaststroke
Approximate duration is 10 lessons for full completion.
Achievers
You like to further achievement in swimming by learning all swim strokes. You will gain proficiency in strokes that able you to swim distance effortlessly for 100 meters or more!
• Strokes Development, Breaststroke or Freestyle to swim further distance and with greater speed
• Water Threading, Deep Submerge, and Deep pool Survival Techniques.
• Stroke Basic, Backstroke, or Butterfly
Approximate duration is 10 – 20 lessons for full completion.
Challengers
You are a Challenger!! You strive to have high proficiency in all strokes and look for further improvement in your stroke techniques in detail. Gaining advanced swimming technics, speed, and endurance in swimming is your goal.
• Stroke Development, Backstroke or Butterfly to swim further distance and with greater speed
• Advanced Stroke Drills, enhance your stroke technics for long distances with greater pace and speed.
• Strokes Transition/ Flip turn, Streamline, Dive/ kick start
